These are the milestones whose completion is still pending.

5/1/06 -- All sites upgrade to OSG 0.4.1

  • Completed by all except MIT

7/1/06 -- 3-day use of 50% of baseline bandwidth by all sites, one at a time

  • DONE through the SC4 load tests, 2/6/07

7/16/06 -- 3-day use of 50% of baseline bandwidth by all sites, all at once

  • DONE through the SC4 load tests, 2/6/07
 12/15/06 -- 3-day use of 75% of baseline bandwidth by all sites
  • DONE through the SC4 load tests, 2/6/07
1/15/07 -- Measure transfer rates from all available non-FNAL T1's
  • Now moving into the context of Debugging Data Transfers task force
3/1/07 --  200 MB/s from storage to applications
  • Demonstrated at all but Caltech, Florida
3/1/07 --  80% availability through SAM
  • We are watching!
3/1/07 --  80% success of PhEDEx transfers
  • We are watching!
4/1/07 --  Deploy OSG 0.6.0
  • DONE 8/6/07
5/1/07 --  75% use of processing resources through grid interfaces
  • DONE
6/1/07 --  2008-scale download/upload rates
  • DONE, 7/8/07
6/1/07 --  Host global data-taking datasets
  • DONE, 6/26/07
7/1/07 --  Host CSA07 datasets

9/15/07 --
  Deploy OSG 0.8.0
  • Probably will be postponed, waiting for the release
10/1/07 --  90% availability through SAM

10/1/07 --
  90% success of PhEDEx transfers

11/1/07 -- Host MTCC3 datasets

12/1/07 -- dCache upgrade for SRM 2.2

1/1/08 -- Host pilot run datasets
  • Pilot run has been cancelled.
7/1/08 -- Full deployment of hardware at each site (1 MSI2K, 200 TB, 10 Gbit/s)
